MySQL databases

To install a script (WordPress, a store…), you need a database. Go to Control panel → Databases.

1. Create the database: enter a short name (8 characters max). Its full name starts with your username (e.g. youruser_blog).
2. Create a user: pick a name, the database it can use and a password.
3. In your script, use: server localhost, the database's full name, the user and its password.

Deleting a database erases all its data: make a backup first.

Trinity OS creates its own database automatically: nothing to do here.
