Backups: download and restore

The server keeps copies of your site, databases and email. Go to Control panel → Backups.

Download a copy

1. Click Options next to the backup you want, then Prepare download.
2. After a minute or two (longer for a big site), reload the page: a download button appears. It stays available for 3 hours.

Restore

Click Options → Request a restore and tell us what to restore (everything, a folder, a database…). A priority ticket is created and we confirm with you before replacing anything.

Tip: before a big change to your site, download a copy.
