Read your email (webmail, phone, Outlook)

In your browser

Open webmail: server1.trinity-host.net/roundcube. Sign in with your full address and its password.

On your phone or in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird

Add an IMAP account with these settings (replace yourname.com with your domain):

• Username: your full address
• Incoming server (IMAP): mail.yourname.com, port 993, SSL
• Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.yourname.com, port 465, SSL, with authentication
• Password: the address's password

The same settings are shown in Control panel → Email.

Not working?

• Check that your domain points to us (see Point your domain).
• Change the address's password in Control panel → Email → Manage and try again.
• If your internet provider blocks port 465, try port 587 with STARTTLS.
