Deleting your data
Last updated: November 6, 2026
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. This page explains how, including for the social media accounts you connect to a Trinity OS website. See also our privacy policy.
1. Social media connections (Facebook, Instagram, Threads and others)
When you connect a social media account to your Trinity OS website so it can publish your news, your site keeps an access token and the name and ID of the connected account or Page. To remove it, either:
- in your site's admin, go to Settings → Auto-post and remove that platform's connection (Disconnect, or clear its fields and save). The token is deleted from your site right away; or
- remove Trinity Host from the platform's own settings. On Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then Remove. This cancels our access immediately; your site stops posting and clears the token at its next attempt.
Posts already published stay on the platform; you can delete them there.
2. Deleting all your data
Write to support [at] trinity-host [dot] net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion", or open a support ticket from your client area. Tell us whether you want only your social media connections removed or your whole account.
We confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days. We delete your account information, your connections and, when your services are terminated, your site's content. As required by tax law, invoices and payment records are kept for 6 years, then destroyed.
3. Contact
Person in charge of the protection of personal information: Vincent Lapointe, Trinity Records Inc., 410 Rue Saint-Nicolas, Suite 236, Montréal, QC H2Y 2P5. Email: support [at] trinity-host [dot] net.
