Invoices, payments and autopay

Your invoices

All your invoices are in Invoices. You can pay them online, print them or save them as PDF with the Print / PDF button.

The renewal invoice arrives a few days before the due date, with a reminder just before.

Autopay

When you pay by card, your card is saved securely with the payment provider (never with us) and your renewals are paid automatically. You can turn this off or remove the card in My account.

Late payment

If an invoice stays unpaid a few days after the due date, the hosting is suspended. As soon as you pay, it's reactivated automatically.

Account credit

If you have credit (from referrals, for example), it's applied automatically to your next invoices.
